Fuji Gear Index currently provides a read-only lens guide. It does not offer accounts, accept payments, run advertising, or intentionally place analytics or marketing cookies.

Information collected

The site does not currently ask visitors to create an account or submit personal information. Search terms and filter choices in the lens explorer remain in the visitor’s browser session and are not intentionally transmitted to the publisher.

Hosting and technical logs

The hosting and network providers that deliver the site may process standard technical information—such as IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, security signals, and error logs—to operate, secure, and diagnose the service. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

External links

The guide links to manufacturers, laboratories, reviewers, and community sources. Following an external link takes the visitor to another operator’s site, where that operator’s privacy policy applies. A link is evidence attribution, not an endorsement of the destination’s privacy practices.

Advertising and future changes

No advertising or affiliate tracking is active today. Before Google AdSense, analytics, a contact form, or another data-processing service is enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the provider, purpose, data categories, retention approach, and available choices. Where legally required, an appropriate consent mechanism will be presented before non-essential storage or personalized advertising is used.

Children’s privacy

The site is a technical photography reference for a general audience and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Questions or requests

Privacy questions, correction requests, or requests concerning personal information can be submitted through the contact page. A public contact address will be activated when the site’s custom domain launches.
